well hey there! um, what's your name again?

The Doctor.  Just The Doctor.  To be specific number Five.  I don't count myself
during the Time War or I would be... well, I suppose I am still number Five.  But
anyways, at the academy I was called Theta Sigma.  My real name, well, no one
can know that.  It would be dangerous and really, I prefer The Doctor anyways. 
It's been so long since I actually heard someone speak my name...

oh cool! and how old did you say you were?
Eh, 800?  I think?  I could be wrong.  It's been too long to really remember.
So, yeah.  800.  Gallifrey was where I was born, and it was just a normal day,
I mean, the suns were rising at the time over the orange plains and... well, it was
in the morning, and let's just say the view was beautiful.  At least that's what I
was told.

awesome. and how do you like your family?
Let's not go into this.  My mother was a time lady, father was one too.  They were
your typical time lords, though my mother was a bit more rebellious.  We weren't close.
As soon as I was old enough to leave, they sent me away.  And then I ran away.  Haven't
seen nor spoken to them since.

what do you like to do in your free time?
I like to travel in time, of course.  Travel to new places, save new people,
though now, I don't have my TARDIS, and I'm stuck on Earth.  I am going
to do my best to find a way off of Earth.  I can't stay around.  Though,
sometimes I'll read or when I have my TARDIS I'll work on fixing her up. 

and what else do you really, really like?
Er... well, there's my companions, Adric, Nyssa, Teagan, and Peri.  But,
Adric's gone, and Teagan left, and Nyssa is working on a cure to Lazar's
disease, and Peri, she's happy, or at least that is what my 6th self was
told... I think.  Kricket!  I love the sport, I mean, just look at how I dress,
don't I look like a Kricket player anyways?

okay yea. so then tell me, what you hate?
The Master.  And those who threaten others' lives.  And well, just
about anyone who wants to abuse my power of time travel.  Really,
The Master wouldn't be bad if he weren't evil.  In fact we were friends
at one point when we were young.  I hate those who I gave a chance
and did not take it.  There are those types of people that I cannot stand,
which is those who do not appreciate life, and all of the little things in
it.  Why else would one want to live?

i understand. now what are you really like?
I am extremely intelligent and active.  I like to run around... a lot.  It
comes with the job of being the last Time Lord.  Most of my intelligence
comes from the fact I am from the future and can travel anywhere in
space and time, and I have lived 500 years or so and have faced so many
different situations that I can deal with most and figure out things that are
going on.  I tend to have quick changes in emotions, one minute I'm happy
the next I am quite serious and about to kill something because of some
sort of event or something someone says.  I tend to either be extremely serious
or active and happy and excited.  I am one of the more emotional and more
human-like than my previous selves, and even my future selves, and tend to
form close bonds.  In fact, at one point, I had my own little family in my TARDIS
at the start of this face, though it ended when Adric died.

can you give me a little recap of your history?
Me?  A kid?  Well, I was very rebellious, though at first I didn't hate the
Time Lord teachings, and embraced them.  I wanted to be the high
chancellor of Gallifrey up until I was in my mid 80's, after which I had
a grand-daughter who opened my eyes to others.  I ran away with her
and found myself on Earth, where she began school.  Then... things happened,
I took some school teachers (humans) with me, had adventures.  The usual. 
My, thinking back, I was a very uptight man back then.  I eventually was
convicted of intervening in history, something I was quite proud of and
was forced to regenerate and was stuck on Earth for a long while.  Then things
happened again, I lost companions, my exile was released and I began traveling
again. I regenerated into this face after falling from very high up, though the
regeneration was not the smoothest in the world, and I ended up falling into
the Master's trap and my companions and I nearly died in Castrovalva.  I tried
very hard to save even one life in there, but only the four of us got out.  I gained
and lost many companions, one dying, a few leaving because they wanted to leave,
and I even took aboard an assassin named Turlough who was sent to kill me.  Anyways,
Teagan left when things got too violent and not fun anymore, and eventually I regenerated
into my next face, sacrificing my life for my companion, Peri. I would've done that for any of
my companions.

aw man. and let me in. got any dirty secrets?
My name?  Maybe.  Probably my biggest secret.  It's a Time Lord's secret
and I know that at my tomb, which I hope my TARDIS is, my body can only
be accessed if one speaks my name.  And my body, or really corpse since its
not really a body, lies the chance to change my whole history, the history of the
entire universe because of all the meddling I have done.

I suppose I will see you later, somewhere in London.  I hope to save the universe
from whatever has brought me back.  Hopefully, I don't die in the process.
